The process to complete the repair was explained to me with time to ask questions. If at any time a repair is need that was not previously discusses I received a call to discuss the need along with pricing. Excellent service and friendly staff

Went in for an inspection. I did not have an appointment. I was third or fourth in line. Coffee was available in the waiting room. The wait was reasonable and the counter associates were very friendly. I have always been pleased with the service at Cavalier Auto.
