The customer service team at Cavalier is exceptional! I recently had an unusual issue with one of my vehicles and the Cavalier team was able to get it resolved.

Very adequate and nice people. Had my inspection done quickly, even fixed my key fob for me which had been an ongoing issue. Honest, professional and smiling while doing it all! Highly recommend going here!

Made an appointment to get the oil changed. While there, the guys graciously informed me that my inspection sticker was also due to expire soon. Did not even know this since this is not a car I normally drive. Had them fix this also while there which was very helpful

I took my 2014 Sequoia in to Cavalier for a 2nd opinion on the front end for an alignment. Another garage in Lynchburg told me they couldnt align the front end because the tie rods were frozen and needed replacing at a cost of $850, Cavalier ended up being able to do the front end alignment without replacing the tie rods for $129 saving me over $600, I truly appreciate their honesty and ability to get the job done!
