Cavalier Automotive was extremely easy to work with. It was easy to get an appointment that fit my schedule with a held quote. The process to complete the repair was explained to me with time to ask questions. If at any time a repair is need that was not previously discusses I received a call to discuss the need along with pricing. I will continue to use Cavalier Automotive for my vehicle repair and maintenance needs.

Went in for an inspection. I did not have an appointment. I was third or fourth in line. Coffee was available in the waiting room. The wait was reasonable and the counter associates were very friendly. I have always been pleased with the service at Cavalier Auto.

This service was to correct a concerning vibration that recently appeared with our 2006 Toyota Avalon returning home from a 600 mile trip and was most noticeable when driving 60-70 mph. I called on a Saturday and Cavalier scheduled an appointment the following Monday. After about 1 1/2 hours, while I waited, they re-balanced the tires and corrected the front end misalignment. The car again drives smooth and vibration free. Let me add that the mechanic worked into his lunch hour to finish the job. I really appreciated that effort and thoughtfulness.
