I like to thank the entire team at Cavalier Auto for their level of professionalism, dedication to their customers and fair pricing. My alternator died enroute to Georgia, late in the day in a complete downpour. As I entered the shop after 4:30 pm, I had resigned myself to the fact that they probably would not be able to accommodate my needs so late in the day. Much to my surprise, Chad spoke up and said that if they could get the part, he would stay late to install it and get me on my way. Long story short, the part arrived quickly and Chad installed it in short order. Being from out of state, and not knowing anything about Cavalier, I expected a big bill. Not only was the bill in line with what my home shop would have charged, it was LESS! Hat's off to the team at Cavalier for honesty, integrity and most of all, their kindness to a stranded motorist.
