Professionalism, honesty and superior service are not always easy to find but not the case with Cavalier. We had some car issues and visited a national chain for repair. They quoted an exorbitant amount for the repair and thankfully we sought a second opinion from Cavalier. Cavalier completed diagnostic testing and found that the other business was suggesting we replace and repair items that were not defective. Going forward, Cavalier will be the only place we take our vehicle.

I had my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation (free, since I had purchased the tires at cavalier), and replacement of the brake fluid. The service was courteous and thorough as always.

Received an email for winter special Made an appointment for the next day and the job was done in less than an hour. Oil change, tire rotation , fluid top off, check belts and hoses for 39.95. A great deal and no pressure to purchase other services. I appreciate Cavalier Automotive.

Before getting into the drilling industry, I was a driveability Tech at a GMC dealership and later an independent repair facility. This makes my opinion of Cavalier, a professional opinion. This is the ONLY shop I will take ANY of my vehicles to. On top of having very knowledgeable techs, the owner is very engaged with the day to day. It’s obvious by the tidy shop and lobby that he takes pride in his establishment. In my experience, they are extremely honest. I’ve shared with any person I’ve dealt with there, that I used to be a tech, and I have always found their answers and advice to be extremely honest. There may be other honest shops in the valley but, I haven’t been able to find them. I would recommend this shop to my own mother, and not feel the need to watch over or get involved with her interaction with Cavalier. Doesn’t get much better than that.

Customer service is always awesome. Everyone is always frieldy and helpful. We like the fact that no one trys to upsale services not needed. I feel that everyone is honest.
