Our 2006 Toyota Avalon developed quite a steering wheel shake above 30 MPH recently, so we took it to Cavalier. Cavalier has been our 'go to' car service place for over 5 years. What they found was a 'separated tire tread' (cause of the shake) and two other tires with remaining tread marginal for the upcoming winter driving season as we often drive to Michigan where they have 'real winter & snow'. Also the dust/dirt boots of the steering system were torn/worn-out and needed replacing. Their tech had taken pictures, sent them by email, of the problems and concerns. When called on the phone, Mike explained the seriousness of the problems and our choices. We got the items repaired, tires replaced, the same day and now car drives geat again. The crew at Cavalier have always done wonderful work for us at a reasonable price and they guarantee their work. We trust their opinion and work done has been top notch. We are happy to have them in our area.

First time there was for an inspection- they forgot to put my radiator cap back on, I had to purchase a new one and thankfully it was noticed before my engine was damaged. Second time was for an oil change- I was charged $90 for $30 worth of oil for a total of $115 for an OIL CHANGE. I’m sure they ran the price up because they knew I was paying with a gift certificate they gave me for messing up my first visit. They will 100% take advantage of you and are not trustworthy.

Service is always great and my car problems always solved. I have a 20 year old Subaru Forester and the mechanic who specializes in repairing Subarus has always provided me with excellent service. In addition, Mike Cassell is wonderful and completely honest in assessing any problem. He is the greatest! Thanks to Mike and your whole team.

Some miscommunication with doing oil change and inspection on truck but Mike stepped up and made it happen at the end of a long day for them. I really appreciated it and will continue to use them. They made it right...Great customer service!

As I said in a previous review, Cavalier Auto is the only repair business that I trust to completely take care of my vehicles. This current repair of the brakes on my truck was above my expectations. Technician James kept me informed of the work and cost and his work was outstanding. Again, I am completely satisfied with their performance.
