Recently visited to find out employees don't wear mask as required by state law and overall health of the public. I waited outside to avoid employees and customers not wearing mask. When I asked a few employees why are you not wearing mask "they didn't know it was required by state law" . Fifteen months after a world wide pandemic its understandable people would know, sure.

I receive exceptional service every time I step into Cavalier Automotive! My most recent visit included a significant amount of work. When the lunchtime hour came around, the technician working on my car worked through his lunch hour so that I would not have to wait longer than necessary... I was blown away by this incredible gesture of kindness. Highly recommend!!

My sister recently recommended Cavalier Auto to me as I have been searching for a reliable service center since leaving my dealership service center. I am so grateful she did. I am very impressed with the service I received from the moment I entered the building until I picked up my car. Cavalier does an amazing job at communicating with you. They gave me a quote before the service that was lower than what I was expecting based on internet research and the quote was the amount I paid. They also had my car ready by the end of the day even though I was told it might be the next day before I could pick it up. Cavalier will be my choice from this point forward for servicing my car. Very impressed!

This time it was back to Cavalier to have their experts check and get some advice on a 2009 Toyota with 120,000 miles that I am considering buying. They briefly road tested and checked the car from engine compartment devices, battery, fluids, filters, etc. to steering, suspension, tires & brakes front and rear. It took about an hour at a very reasonable cost. They concluded that the car is in great condition, only needing a manufacturer recommended change of spark plugs (at 120,000mi) and repair of a slightly ozing power steering hose. They also provided a detailed cost estimate of recommended services and answered all my concerns, like discovering that the required spark plugs (iridium & platinum?) cost $40 each. Ouch! I did decide to buy the car and it will be serviced at Cavalier like our other car.

Brought a car in for inspection at 8am. They let it sit there for 7 hours without touching it. Don't waste your time with these people like I did.
