My husband and I have been using Cavalier for about two years and have not had a bad experience yet. Ive always grown up going to small local shops and have had a handful of mechanic friends over the years so I know some about cars and roughly what the cost should be/what to expect. I was a little wary about trying Cavalier at first since they are a larger operation than I am used to but time and time again they have proven trustworthy and competent. They have great communication, good pricing, and they have yet to try to upsell us or lie about what needs to be done.

They have always been very kind and patient speaking from a person that knows very little about cars.. Great service. Provided great problem solving due to unavailability of parts and was able to make car drivable until all of the parts are available.

The required work (brake fluid flush) was performed quickly and at a reasonable price. The front desk staff were professional, friendly and honest - all I ever want from a service provider. Thanks again
