We have been a loyal customer of Cavalier Auto for over 15 years. They are honest, hardworking and trusted to keep our many cars in tip top shape. We can depend on a big smile and “how you doing” and “how can we help you” from Mike and James. It is also great that when your wife leaves the sunroof open and it rains no one else knows about it . . . oops.

I have had my older Camaro in the shop with Cavalier Automotive for the last 4 weeks or so for a rear main seal leak. They had repaired the seal the first time and apparently it was still leaking oil after I had it back for a week or so. I took it back to them and they tried to repair it again but it was still leaking. The owner of them talked to me about redoing the plate the seal was connected to and checking the crankshaft. They did all of that and found that the gasket for the plate was split in half so they fixed it and now it’s all good! I’m writing this post to heap praise on the guys at cavalier automotive for following through and making sure everything was repaired at great cost to them since it was done on warranty from the original repair ticket. The owner took a lot of time to explain to me what he thought the problem was and was very helpful. So thanks again to cavalier automotive for excellent customer service!!

Cavalier Auto has always done a great job for us and the most recent appointment for our car was no exception. They worked hard to figure out what was wrong with our vehicle and promptly fixed the problem. The staff is awesome and has always been so friendly and nice to work with. Good people and service. Fair prices.

Recently visited to find out employees don't wear mask as required by state law and overall health of the public. I waited outside to avoid employees and customers not wearing mask. When I asked a few employees why are you not wearing mask "they didn't know it was required by state law" . Fifteen months after a world wide pandemic its understandable people would know, sure.

I receive exceptional service every time I step into Cavalier Automotive! My most recent visit included a significant amount of work. When the lunchtime hour came around, the technician working on my car worked through his lunch hour so that I would not have to wait longer than necessary... I was blown away by this incredible gesture of kindness. Highly recommend!!

I am very impressed with the service I received from the moment I entered the building until I picked up my car. Cavalier does an amazing job at communicating with you. They gave me a quote before the service that was lower than what I was expecting based on internet research and the quote was the amount I paid. They also had my car ready by the end of the day even though I was told it might be the next day before I could pick it up. Cavalier will be my choice from this point forward for servicing my car. Very impressed!
