The car received a complete multi-point inspection before five o'clock after dropping my Kia Soul off late afternoon Tuesday without an appointment. The vehicle was ready first thing on Wednesday morning. The inspection report is sent by text and email containing the preliminary findings and suggestions for my review. A follow-up text indicating the Kia work was complete and ready for pick-up came on time in a very professional manner. Great job, all!!

Love these guys! They're honest, cool to conversate with, take time to answer questions and seem to care about the vehicles they service! The only thing I would recommend doing differently is not adjusting the seat-back of the driver's seat. Very few vehicles have memory settings for the seats and it seems silly to me to lay the seat back and lower it for the sake of pulling in and out of a service bay.
