Not my worst nightmere, but very stressful . . . engine problem away from home on the way to a critical appointment. I had to be there and while the appointment was not til the next day, it was an early morning appointment. I believe his name is Travis, took my call and took care of me. I was able to limp my car to Cavalier and I was taken care of. The diagnositic were realatively quick, the issue was explained, by Travis, ans I was provided options. The Cavalier team, particularly Travis went out of their way to make sure that I did not miss this critical medical appointment. Thank you all. Although I am not local, I highly recommend Cavalier for their helpfulness, quality of service, and reasonalbe cost.
