i have been going here since they where on 460.followed them to 604.they are very informative,patient and very professional.i wouldn't think of using any other shop.i went to go on vacation one year and the truck i had at the time had a shiftin problem.they jumped right on it,left the keys in it,and said to pay when i got back.i sent someone to pay them for me.i wanted to return the favor..service like this is why i will ALWAYS keep coming back.

First Class service, the car passed and we were notified of future necessary repairs. Look forward to doing business again.

The Service at the Troutville Station is excellent the office personnel and also the service men in the shop do excellent work
