Had my work van in for an oil change and it ran up to over $700. The experienced crew here noticed serpentine belt was worn and replacement was necessary. Then found Radiator was leaking. Again replacement was necessary. If they hadn't noticed the problems I could have found myself stranded. Good job guys. I trust you.

Didn't want to change tires yet but after a blow out, we had to. Mike was great at recommending another set of tires to go with, got them there and on.

Service was fine....asked them to look over the clutch on one vehicle and they provided a very comprehensive "report" on the clutch....at no charge!!! I am very appreciative.

The only set back I experienced was the fact my part wasn't ordered at first. However, I understand there is a margin of error within any experience one partakes. And Ron, well, he made the experience much more. ..comfortable. I work in customer service, so I understand how it is a dying art form. Yet Ron sympathized. ...kept in contact.. ..was reassuring. ..and in the end, affable with any form of reconsiliation. In turn, I would most definitely take my business back there.

A bad stater meant I didn't want to turn the engine off. I drove to Cavilier and they drove my wife and me home. Repaired the car the next day with a new starter. That is serviceD!

Called and got inspection same day. Only waited about 30 min.
