The only set back I experienced was the fact my part wasn't ordered at first. However, I understand there is a margin of error within any experience one partakes. And Ron, well, he made the experience much more. ..comfortable. I work in customer service, so I understand how it is a dying art form. Yet Ron sympathized. ...kept in contact.. ..was reassuring. ..and in the end, affable with any form of reconsiliation. In turn, I would most definitely take my business back there.
