Our vehicle would not turn over, but electrically all was good. We had the vehicle towed to the shop just before lunch. The technician stopped his lunch to check out the car. He found a bad starter relay in the fuse panel, switched it with another relay and the car started. We were notified of the problem and the cost and we OK'd the repair. The replacement part was ordered and the repair was done the same day the car was towed to the shop. What could be better! Great service and Mike's great attitude towards his customers.
