Dropped our vehicle off for tire rotation and balance and an inspection. We dropped it off around 9 am and did not receive a call to pick it up until around 4:30pm. Upon picking it up, no inspection had been completed. I inquired as to the inspection and the gentleman stated that we had not asked for an inspection. That was our main goal for the visit as it was July 21st and the inspection runs out in July. The gentleman was very apologetic and offered to complete the inspection first thing the next day free of charge. We cannot do that but will bring it the next Monday- it was just somewhat of an inconvenience to have to come back. Hopefully it was just a misunderstanding and the guys will clarify what has been requested in order to avoid this in the future.
