Troutville Auto Repair

3/28/18 4:15 p.m. First time at this establishment :Quick work and fair price but the customer service during our pick up was severely lacking. We were the only customers in there and even though people looked our direction we were never spoken to until a third customer showed up (5minutes or longer) . Only then did any of the three people up front ask us if we needed something. I'll try this place again because it's close to my house, hopefully second impressions fair better....
